Choco Guate Maya is now collaborating with three foundations:
- Foundation for Latin American Anthropological Research;
founded by doctor Nicholas Hellmuth. - Flaar MesoAmerica, founded by Edgar Eduardo Sacayón, http://www.flaar.org
Both of the above organizations have strong interests in Mayan archeology, anthropology, cultural heritage, biodiversity, ethno botany, and provide advise in these areas.
- New Roots Foundation, founded by Lissie and Mitchell Denburg,
is dedicated to the preservation of unique endangered ecosystems in Guatemala.
